We were established in 1987 by The University of Arizona Health Sciences Colleges and the University Medical Center to centralize and simplify the process of scheduling rooms. We started with 8 rooms in 1987, and scheduled about 45 reservations each month. Today, there are 114 pooled rooms in which we schedule more than 4,800 reservations every month.
