Arizona Health Sciences Central Room Scheduling (AHSCRS) at The University of Arizona is responsible for scheduling a shared pool of rooms located throughout the Arizona Health Sciences Center, the College of Medicine, the Phoenix Biomedical Campus, and the College of Medicine – Phoenix in partnership with Arizona State University.

We were established in 1987 by The University of Arizona Health Sciences Colleges and the University Medical Center to centralize and simplify the process of scheduling rooms. We started with 8 rooms in 1987, and scheduled about 45 reservations each month. Today, there are 96 pooled rooms in which we schedule more than 4,800 reservations every month.

Our Room Scheduling hours are 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday.
